Repair clock gear wheel.
Due to a broken spring, teeth of the gearwheel got damaged. (missing 3 of them).
To repair that, I made some tool to copy the teeth. Since my cutter did not have the perfect shape, this needed to get tuned by means of a file.
The missing material has been replaced by a piece of brass soldered in the gap.You cannot view this attachment. You cannot view this attachment. You cannot view this attachment. You cannot view this attachment.

Good looking work Leo. Nice idea on the jig/tool for the job.

Strange? It's working now. When I first tried it, all I got to see was a blank no pic.
