It was bound to happen sooner or later, but we finally had a spammer get in yesterday.  :headbang:

Considering that his post was entirely in Arabic, he must have had a good understanding of the English language and machine shops as he was able to answer the three shop related questions TWICE. Once to create his account, and again when he made his first post. The system randomly selects those three questions from a large list of questions that are set up. Chances are he had three different questions the second time through.

The interesting thing is that when someone attempts to answer a question but gets it wrong, it shows up as a system error in the forum server logs. This guy got in with NO ERRORS whatsoever.  Either he was smart, or he took the time to search out the answers, which I doubt.

Needless to say, the message has been removed as has the offender.

If you ever see a SPAM message in here, NEVER click on any links within the post! Instead, please REPORT it by going to the bottom right of the post. Hover your mouse over "More" then click on "Report to Moderator".  This gives us notification that there is a problem and one of the staff can then delete the errant post. Moderators, all you have to do is delete it - which automatically moves the post to the Recycle Bin where it will remain but will not be visible to the membership or to guests.

Thank you!
