Welcome to our Lendable Tooling board. This is NOT an open discussion board. Please read the rest of the rules.

PURPOSE: Members who wish to make some of their tools, jigs, fixtures, books, cutters, or other tooling lendable can post lists here of what is available for loan.

IF YOU HAVE ITEMS YOU WISH TO MAKE AVAILABLE FOR LOAN: Create a list of the items you have available to loan out. Post that list as a thread in this forum. You can have more than one list. I might recommend that you have separate lists for different types of items. IE: Horizontal Mill Cutters would be a separate list from Lathe Boring Bars. Gear Cutters might be another separate list. The title of your post should reflect the type of items available in that list. Please be detailed about what you have available.

IF YOU WANT TO BORROW AN ITEM: First and foremost, DO NOT post here asking questions looking for a specific item or requesting details about an item. If you see an item posted in a list, send a private message to the lender to request further information or to set up the loan of an item. All lending and return of tools should be handled through private message, email, or direct phone calls between the lender and the borrower. There should be NO communication about it in open forum other than a list of what is available.

DISCUSSION POSTS WILL BE REMOVED. The idea behind posting ONLY lists here is to make the 'catalog' easy to browse or search through. Cluttering the board with discussion or questions will clog it and kill it, thus discussion is not allowed. Any questions about this board, it's use, and purpose can be directed to any staff member by way of private message.

Thank you!
