I run 3 MSLA Resin printers printing Model detail parts. I do have a FDM (extrusion type) printer that I'm repairing and hope to have running again soon.
I've been doing the 3D parts for about 7 years starting with having them printed thru Shapeways, eventually getting a printer for myself, and then more and print for the guys who like the parts I do.
I'm a Turbo Machinery CAD Designer by day. We've been getting into more and more 3D printing of metal parts at work as well, not so much myself, but the company in general. Bearing Pads for Oil film bearings, as well as quite a few Gas Turbine parts are switching over to 3D printing as they can be made more cost effectively, as well as design improvements that have been helping increase the overall efficiency of the machines.
