Probably should add:

CAD designer of 25+ years (mostly Oil & Gas related centrifugal related equipment)

more or less a "jack of all trades" type. 

I have Sherline machines (4400 long bed lathe and 5400 mill, both with risers to increase throat/swing)

I also do 3D printing (3 resin printers and 1 FDM printer)

Sounds like Shawn might be bending your ear with all the CAD experience.

Matt cut out a replacement vinyl sticker of the feed gears plaque of my small lathe forever ago (I think). A project that was tricky to nail down but worked well in the end.
