Title: Touch DRO controller
Post by: Piggiron on Jun 05, 2024, 09:05 AM
I recently ordered a new Touch DRO Plus enabled controller to replace the original Touch DRO controller I built for my mill.
The old controller is currently set up to accept 9-pin D-sub connectors for the M-DRO EH-05 Magnetic encoder scales I have installed.
If I end up having no further use for it, I'd be willing to give it to someone interested in using the Touch DRO App.
If more than one person expresses interest, I'll draw a name from a hat or something.

I'd be interested if you want to get rid of it.

I think I know where it's at. Everything still packed and in disarray from the move.
I'll send you a PM if I find it to get your address. I'd just charge you shipping cost, shouldn't be much.
What brand of scales do you have ?

No scales yet - looking at Sino or Aikron - both run 5V TTL or RS422 connections. (Same 9 pin as what you referenced)
